Para Endurance Coaching

We Finish Together

That is how we approach our coaching: alongside, together, supported, encouraged, and enabled to be successful.

Who We Are

The mission of Para Endurance Coaching is to help others achieve their athletic and wellness goals in a safe, purposeful and healthy manner. “Para” means to come alongside. That is how we approach our coaching: alongside, together, supported, encouraged, and enabled to be successful.

Our athletes have not only improved in their physical abilities but also in their knowledge base of the sport in which they compete. They gain confidence in their abilities to tackle things they didn’t believe they could before. Not just in endurance sports, but in their daily life.

stories

Together we make all the difference

Anna Kuuttila

Coach Scott agreed to work with me when I had virtually zero experience with triathlon, and I came to him with my goal of doing a Half Ironman race in eight months (when I had only done one sprint triathlon before). I was not comfortable on a bike at all and definitely wasn't comfortable in open water, and mentioned both of those things to him up front, which he agreed to help me work on.

Alex Roerick

Alex has been involved in the world of triathlons since 2019, and early on his training was riddled with injuries and limited improvement.

Christian Chavez

Christian is a visually impaired athlete from San Antonio, TX. He is a USAT Paratriathlon Nationals Qualifier in 2025. He has been selected to the resident program for TEAM USA Paratriathlon at the Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO for 2026. This will put him on path towards competing at the Paralympics in LA 28.

Cindy Russell

He's not only knowledgeable, professional, caring and challenging, in his coaching style but he is understanding, flexible, giving, inspiring and encouraging!

Bob Morrison

With Scott, the weekend long rides were great. Saw a drastic reduction in my Tramway climb times! He also got me to the point where I actually enjoyed my road biking versus just bearing through it as I’ve done on past sprint-triathlons.
