Who are we?

The mission of Para Endurance Coaching is to help others achieve their athletic and wellness goals in a safe, purposeful and healthy manner. “Para” means to come alongside. That is how we approach our coaching: alongside, together, supported, encouraged, and enabled to be successful.

Our athletes have not only improved in their physical abilities but also in their knowledge base of the sport in which they compete. They gain confidence in their abilities to tackle things they didn’t believe they could before. Not just in endurance sports, but in their daily life.

Scott Bennefield is the man behind Para Endurance Coaching. He is USAT level 2, USA Paratriathlon Level 2, USAC level 3, NASM, and a TRX Certified Coach

As an accomplished multiple-time Ironman, Ironman 70.3, and other triathlon finisher, Scott has experienced the difficulty and journey to get to the finish line. He is able take your difficulties and leverage them to help you along your journey.
